Version 3.3.5beta released for some partners

GeoWeed development continues, with a beta release of version 3.3.5 to selected partners for feedback. This version may not become a general release, as we are already working on version 3.3.6 with a few more fixes and enhancements.

Some explanation is in order. The development version of GeoWeed gets small fixes and enhancements in house on an ongoing basis. Internally we have versions like 3.3.4f2 and so on, for minor changes. In general, we give it a new three-number version designation like 3.3.5 whenever we release a version to anybody outside SEC, so we can track it.

And we like to do more testing before releasing a version outside our close cooperators for whom we have some support funding (like Team Arundo del Norte). That's why we don't put every new numbered version up on this website.

If you are using GeoWeed and have encountered a bug, or if you are interested in helping to find bugs, and want to receive the very latest version (like 3.3.5 beta), let us know and maybe we can work something out. Otherwise, we suggest waiting for the next version published to this website.
