GWeed menu bar does not display in ArcPad

System: Handheld PDA with Windows Mobile 5 and ArcPad 7.01, GeoWeed 3.3.3

Symptom: GeoWeed is installed on the PDA and ArcPad runs on the PDA, but the GeoWeed toolbar does not display.

(That's the toolbar labeled GWeed with a key icon and 4 action icons, initially empty)

Solution:

You may need to disable "Show Startup Dialog" in ArcPad

* open ArcPad Options (wrench & hammer icon in upper toolbar)
* find the "General" tab (scroll tabs with arrows to display it)
* uncheck "Show Startup Dialog"
* tap OK in lower left

* exit ArcPad normally
(use pulldown to the right of file folder icon in upper left, select EXIT)
* start it up again in the normal way
